A private apartment (part of the 4-Star Leisure Bay Hotel complex), situated on the beach with exquisite views of Table Mountain, the city of Cape Town, Table Bay and Robben Island.
Apartment consists of a private bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with sleeper couch and balcony. From the balcony we have, on occasion, spotted seals, dolphins and whales. There is also constant boating activity to and from the harbour, as well as spectacular water sport activities over week-ends. We, Pieter and Rita, are in our late fifties and would like to make our holiday home available for exchange. As the apartment on offer is our 2nd residence, it is available all year round. We also have a beach apartment available on the same basis on the South Coast of Kwazulu Natal which can be combined in one holiday with the Cape Town apartment.
