Butterfly Glen is a newly constructed (August 2006)garden apartment situated below our main house. It is situated in a large sub tropical very private garden which is maintained by a full time gardener.
The Apartment is completely self contained and has it's own security system, entrance gate and driveway leading to secure parking for two to three vehicles. The apartment is furnished in modern minimalist style to the highest standard. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and other top quality appliances. Maid service twice weekly is provided as is laundry. The apartment is not our main home and is also available for rent so non simultaneous exchanges are quite possible. The Bedroom is air conditioned and the bedroom and living room have remotely controlled ceiling fans.
