Historical home in city bowl below table mountain. 7 mins to beaches, city centre and table mountain. Walk to trendy Kloof st for restaurants, shops and deli's. Our home in the wind free city bowl (NB in Cape Town!) is comfy - and close to everything. Easy to access the best of the city - IE camps bay/clifton beaches, city centre, waterfront, good restaurants, and splendid mountain walks. Home has views of lions head and table mountain. Easy outside living around pool with barbecue and several outside seating areas in garden. Linda (44) and Sybrand (52) are both journalists who have travelled a lot and house swapped on a number of occasions to London, Paris and Amsterdam. We do not have children, so we are very flexible with times/and or destinations.
