Spacious three bedroom house with all Miele appliances in the suburb of Dennendal which is part of Tokai which is just to the south of the suburb of Constantia. There is an upstairs and a downstairs lounge and has large volumes and high ceilings. There is a designated home theatre room with state of the art plasma screen and DVD player. It is situated in the centre of the Cape Peninsula. As in all suburban areas in South Africa you must be prepared to drive a motor car and my Volkswagen Golf Gti is available. It is in perfect order, fully insured and has a rack at the back to transport bicycles. There are two fireplaces for winter and a patio with shade awning for summer. It is very private (the garden is fully walled) and secure and has an alarm system. There is a completely self contained flatlet at the rear and Dave (an Englishman) is renting this, but you will not be aware of his comings and goings.
