Situated within a secure complex the house forms the base for an extended visit to the Garden Route. Mossel Bay has one of the mildest climates in the world. Mean temperatures range from 24c in summer and 14c in winter. It is truly a year-round destination.
The house is suitable for a family of up to 4. The main bedroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space. The second bedroom has a double bunk, better suited for children. The house is fully equipped for an extended comfortable stay. There is kettle BBQ for the obligatory South African 'braai'. Mossel Bay was first used by Portuguese sailors trading up the East coast of Africa and India, over 500 years ago, as a place to replenish fresh water. In a boot left hanging in a Milkwood tree they left letters, probably advice, for other passing sailors.
