Our home is a double story house in a security complex on a little river which flows into the sea some 300 metres away. The house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) comfortably.
It has 2 bathrooms and guest toilet and a gas braai and gas fireplace giving warmth and comfort in winter. It also has underfloor heating. There is a open plan kitchen, double garage, very comfortable queen size beds and 4 single beds in respective rooms. We love our home and take pride in making sure that it is cosy and has a easy, holiday atmosphere with all commodities for easy living. The home is only 2 1/2 years old. The complex has a swimming pool, squash courts, indoor excercise pool, club house and security 24 hours. The gardens are well kept and the neighbours very friendly and social, always inviting you to share meals and beach walks.
