The cozy and quiet apartment has 2 bedrooms, a small upstairs area with a single bed and computer, a lounge, bathroom and a small kitchen. The flat is more or less 50 square meters with garage for car. A security gate in front of the building.
The apartment is situated in Table View, a holiday/residential area across the bay from famous Table Mountain. This is a beautiful and safe area in Cape Town where you can walk to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. I am a single male with own business. I enjoy outdoor activities, music, theatre and travel. I speak Afrikaans and English.
