This unique three bedroom house has 1 and a half bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a spacious dining and living room. A lovely tiled terrace (overlooking the dam) allows you to enjoy a typical South African barbeque while sipping at a South African Pinotage or Chardonnay wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. The home is situated in an upmarket neighbourhood, within walking distance from shops, restaurants, pharmacies etc, yet nestled away from typical city activity. I am an economist, working in the financial services industry in Cape Town, South Africa and I love travelling.
