Very Secure double-storey 'Tuscan' syle fully airconditioned/heated home with pool and everything you desire, in a secure complex of 12 up-market homes. Our home has a plasma screen in Sitting room as well as in Main bedroom. TV's in kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Satelite TV with 2nd chanel and recording (DSTV) facility. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We have a lovely house maid who will clean, make up beds and do your washing/ironing. House is a surburb of Durban, South Africa's premier destination, sister city to Cape Town. Durban's weather and "look alike" city in USA is the same as Florida, USA. - We have 3 pampered Maltese who go to the parlor (will be picked up once and dropped off once a week) and if you don't want to be bothered with them I have a fantastic Doggy Nanny, Charlotte who will 'invisably' look after them - can discuss what this entails in detail if you are interested.
