We are Tony and Bernadette a married couple in our late forties with a keen interest in travel. Tony is a Civil Servant and Bernadette a Housing Officer. We both enjoy football - Everton and Leeds United. We are keen runners having done a number of marathons. We enjoy the theatre, cinema, walking and socialising.
Our home is comfortable, clean and spacious with two reception rooms plus a breakfast room, modern good sized kitchen and new bathroom with separate shower. There is a gound floor WC and a large private garden with barbecue and summer house which enjoys the sun for the majority of the day. We have two cats and would prefer someone who likes cats!
It is located within a quiet and much sought after residential area. with easy access to Chester, Liverpool, Manchester. Within two hours you can reach Wales, the Lake District, the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, York and the coast. At the top of the road there is the Bridgewater Canal and at the bottom the Trans Penine Trail. It is close to the picteresque village centre of Grappenhall with two pubs which serve excellent food.
