We are Carmen and Carlos and have four children between us from 8 years old to 18. The exchange will be for a minimun of four. I am Spanish but have lived in London for more than 20 years. I work as a university administrator and Carlos work for an electrical company. We enjoy the outdoors and cultural activities and the kids will love to be by the sea.
A lovely totally modernised three bedroom, kitchen dinner/family room with TV, internet two computers, Hi-fi, separate sitting room with sofa bed, bathroom and two toilets and a delightful garden with gas barbacue and deck. Great views both at front and rear of property. Excellent location and 10minutes from Picadilly Line, Bounds Green Tube, 30 min to Picadilly Circus. I almost forgot to mention my two cats, Suky and Paddy which will need feeding if that is OK although the neighbour will look after then if there is cat alergies.
A residential street in a cul-de-sac, 3min walk from a park with playground, tennis, basketball, football and a lovely cafe. Near by and within walking distance: Alexandra Park, Highgate Woods. A 15 min drive from Hamstead Health and swimming ponds, indoor and outdoor pools nearby (10 min by car) excellent public transport tube and buses and 15 minutes from Muswell Hill and all shopping facilities, cinema, restaurants and local shops within 5 minutes.
