Our home is warm and comfortable. Quietly tucked away in this peaceful village. It has 3 bedrooms and a fourth which we use as a study but also has a sofa bed in it if both our daughters come to stay. Large kitchen and patio area for relaxing in beneath our grapevine wathcing the swallows high in the sky on the warm long summer evenings. Next to our kitchen is a separate dining area connected to our conservatory. The front living room has a fireplace and T.V. Video, DVD, Play Station etc. Our neighbours are friendly and helpful. There is a park and playing fields 4 minutes walk away, although the garden is big enough for swings and most ball games. There is a summer house at the bottom of the garden.
Dom is 45 and a Secondary school teacher (Geography). Karen is also a teacher (Drama) but at the moment is looking after Ciaran who is one and Ruari (5). We also have 2 older daughters - Eleanor and Anne-Marie who plan to join us when we visit our relatives in Perth (North), Australia next summer, hence the plan to exchange. We are new to exchanging but feel it would fit our plans well. We moved from London to our rural life earlier this year and feel that it is an ideal place to have as a base to explore Southern England.
