We have exchanged for 2006/looking for 2007. WE have large 4 bedroom detached house, it has 4 double bedrooms upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and overlooks the country park to the front. The other double bedrooms are of a good size and share a large bathroom, with walk in power shower and underfloor heating (much admired by guests). Downstains is a large kitchen/diner/conservatory which is the hub of the house, large American fridge with ice and water insiti, dishwasher, double oven, breakfast bar and plenty of space to chill out, whilst eating breakfast, and enjoying the view out to the garden. There is a separate laundry room, with large American washer and dryer. The lounge is 25ft long and is a very relaxing area to listen to music or read, it has a fire and seats 8 people comfortably. We also have a seperate study, which has internet access and full office facilties. The garden at the front and back is large and very pleasant to sit in, there is a patio with tables and chairs. The garage is detached and houses a variety of bikes and garden games. The house has been renovated over the last two years and is spacious and comfortable, we have a housekeeper twice a week, which we would continue to have during the exchange if possible. We are houseproud and would hope to exchange with a family of similiar values.
