My name is Roni and I am an ex teacher who is currently working on my smallholding and attempting to write a novel. I have two young daughters who have accompanied me on many exchanges and we are keen to travel to anywhere exciting. We are experienced exchangers and have made many friends in our travels. We love our smallholding and our animals who are all pets; we are vegetarians.We are keen envoronmetalists which explains the organic nature of my land and travel to experience awe inspiring places. We are keen for you to enjoy our home but have to emphasise that it is not for those requiring five star luxury or a minimalist environment! We would, of course, respect your home as we have all those we have visited in the past.
An organic smallholding in a semi rural area on the edges of the English Riviera. It is a delightful position in a small medieval hamlet, close to buses and all the amenities of an urban area. I am currently extending the property to enable me to have BandB guests and offer art retreat weekends. The house is comfortable and full of books. I now have a lovely conservatory which we use for eating in and a sunny terrace for breakfasts. We are non smokers and vegetarian and therefore only want to exchange with other non smokers. I have a hot tub which can be used by arrangment. There are ducks, chickens and goats to care for as well as 2 cats.My home is a working smallholding and is comfortable and well lived in, but not expensively or luxuriously furnished. It would appeal to those looking for an adventure holiday with a difference. I do have all modern facilities including braodband and digital TV reception.
