Nick and Sue Otter have lived in North Kilworth for 20 years, we are a professional couple (engineer and economic adviser)whose children have grown up and moved on. Our son is currently working in New Zealand and we want to spend a month there over the Christmas period.
The Post House was originally built in 1640 and retains many period features like ceiling beams and a thatched roof. It has been extensively developed over the years and is now a comfortable well equipped family home with a large kitchen, a separate dining room, a large lounge with views over the sunny garden and an open fire for colder evenings, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and a small office with computer facilities. There are four large double bedrooms.
The Post House is on a quiet residential village streeet, the left hand part of the building is older than the rest.
