Our home is warm, comfortable, well-appointed, quiet and clean. Has good-sized, secluded, child friendly (trampoline, climbing frame) garden with Devon hedgerows along 3 borders. Good computing/internet facilities. Use of our car possible under reciprocal arrangement.
The neighbourhood is safe, quiet and friendly. The village is self-contained with amenities, shops, cafe and pubs. Access to nearby city (Plymouth 10 km) is easy by car or public transport. There are lots of really nice and interesting walks that can be accessed from our door or with a short drive. We are 10 minutes (by car) from South Devon Coast and 2o minutes from Dartmoor. If you like walking in English countryside, moorland or coastal scenery, this is the place for you.
My name is Rewi (ex-pat kiwi). I'm a professor of Geography at University of Plymouth. I enjoy getting out and about. My wife Pat is British with wide range of interests.
