South facing, enclosed rear garden.Facilities include Digital TV and radio, broadband internet access and use of computer, DVD and video players. Stereo, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer etc. Our house is in Newton Mearns, a desirable suburb and a superb location for exploring Central Scotland. Edinburgh is only 50 minutes drive, Loch Lomond and its mountains and beautiful Scottish scenery is 35 minutes away, and Royal Troon Golf Course only twenty minutes with other Championship courses nearby.
