Our home was completed in 2003 and is an individually archtiect designed living space of around 300 square meters. The main house has been designed to accomodate family life. This means that the emphasis and flow of the design is slanted towards open plan living. One the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining/family room area with a separate large lounge. On the upper floor we have 5 bedrooms. We also have an annexe at the side of our house which consists of two ensuite bedrooms- ideal for guests, grandparents or staff! We live on a wonderful inner hebridean island on the west coast of scotland, called the Isle of Mull. One of the attractions is that we are only 45 minutes to the mainland and then around 2 or 3 hours drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh respectively. The Isle of Mull is a very diverse island in terms of geography and landscape and it truely is a world in minature. There are glens and mountains accompanied by beaches and small fishing villages.
