Flat is bright and sunny, wooden floors and has a double bedroom, large sit in kitchen and lounge. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge. Loads of great books and videos! The flat is up three flights of stairs so not for the fainthearted! Shared garden at rear. Central heating. Portobello is a Victorian seaside resort with great cafes, restaurants and quirky shops.
The flat is two minute walk from a restored Victorian turkish bath/swimming pool complex and a five minute drive from the waterfront suburb of Leith with award winning seafood restaurants, and home of the Royal Yacht Brittania which is open as a tourist attraction.
