The house is located in Woluwe Saint Lambert, one of the posher municipalities of Brussels, lying on the Eastern part of the City. It is close to public transport, and the highway. To get downtown, using public transport, takes about 30 minutes, and 15 minutes by car (double that during morning traffic hour! ).
The neighboorhood is residential, with shops and restaurants within a short walk (Place Saint Lambert) . A large (by Belgian standards) shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive away. There are many parks with play areas in the vicinity, and bike paths.
