Beautiful Manor from last century near ST MALO, MONT ST MICHEL, DINARD at only 5 km from historical-medieval city of DINAN. this is a 300m2 house on a 10 000m2 very nice garden with all accomodation: barbecue, ping pong, beach chairs, swimming pool. . . the house had a splendid view on the country and the river "LA RANCE" where you can boating, swimming, fishing. . . when you go down the house there is a Marina where you can find restaurant and made great walk or horse riding. there is 5 bedrooms in the house with 3 king size bed and 4 single bed. 2 bathrooms. there is a kitchen with everythings to make good cooking! there is a dining room and living room with big fire place. there is a office/reading room and a bar. we have a laundry place and a house cleaning service. it is a confortable house for 10 pers.
It is a very quite residential area with all the possibilities to explore the beautiful historical celtic country of BRITTANY/COTES D'ARMOR. you stay at only 15 mn from the nice beach of the "Cote d emeraude": DINARD, ST MALO, CAP FREHEL and 40 mn from MONT ST MICHEL AVRANCHES and the city of RENNES. 2 h from PARIS by train, 1 h by plane, 1 h from LONDON, JERSEY.
