Our home is situated in the centre of Ireland, 1 hour from Dublin, 2 hours Cork, 1 hour Waterford Crystal, 30 minutes to Kilkenny Medieval City, see map link below. We have a large south facing garden with swings, slide, seesaw, BBQ, Deck and swing lounger. Inside are 4 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lounge with Sat TV, DVD, stove. Kitchen with all mod cons; both with French Doors to decking area. Playroom for younger children. Mezzanine area upstairs with library, ideal for relaxing, for all ages. Although in a quiet rural area, we are ideally located in the centre of Ireland, and easily accessible to bus and rail stations ( 10 mins drive ) , places of historical and general interest. Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are located 10 mins drive.
