With about 25 acres of land, there is a main house with 6 bedrooms, 9 toilets, living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, breakfast room and several storage rooms.Outside there is also a small extra swimming pool, house , garden fully treated , barbecue area, and a small vegetable and animals farm.
The main house exterior has been built with characteristic demolition materials (balconies, stairs, etc) resembling old traditional Portuguse Northern houses, with all the commodities of modern living in the interior.
The house has 2 floors, has central heating in all areas, air conditioner in the upper floor, and a floor heating system in the main areas.It is also connected to a " Prosegur" alarm system to guarantee all the tranquility to the residents.
