Chalet in Cabo Roig , in the so-called "Costa Blanca" in the Mediterranean coast of Alicante province. The chalet is one floor house surrounded by a 600 m2 garden with swimming pool, an small wood house for tools, some work, etc. , and a covert area for the car. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 small bedroom, saloon- dining room with open fireplace (working) , 1 studio, two bathrooms, the kitchen, a flat roof and a terrace by the garden. It has all the normal modern appliances and it is supplied with full hot/cold air-conditioned. The husband is Pedro, aged 65, who is an Aeronautical Engineer and (still) a professor in Madrid Polytechnic University, and the wife María Jesús ( Susa for the friends) is a High School professor. We have two daughters, both of them married, and both,also, are Medical Doctors.
