 The Villa

The villa was built to our design 3 years ago to optimise the spectacular views across the Mediterranean to the Peñon Ifach and the Serria Bernia mountains. The villa is 350 sq mt and set at the top of a 1200 sq mt parcela. There are two double bedrooms and one twin each having large en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility area on the lower level. The lounge and interior and exterior dining areas are all located on the upper level overlooking the infinity pool and down the valley to the sea. We are probably the last location to lose the sun in the evening and outdoor eating and barbecues are a must. The house also has central heating for the winter nights and air conditioning for the summer. A "boule" court is located in the garden which has a variety of fruit trees. Including the famous Valencian orange and of course as this is Spain, an old olive tree.
