The apartment very recently renovated and in excellent state is on the third floor of a building with elevator. Housing includes/understands an entry from which one reaches the stay on the left, and on the right with a release opening on three rooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen. The kitchen is also open on the stay and outside. It is equipped with a furnace, a refrigerator-freezer, four fires with gas. A dishwasher and a washing machine are on the gallery giving on outside. On this same gallery, a water-heater provides hot water to the taps and allows the heating of the apartment. It is a clear, relatively large part and organized especially well for the arrangement. The stay is the vastest part of the apartment.
