Living/dining room, open (wel equiped) kitchen witch breakfast bar. One master bedroom with opening doors to southfacing balcony with seaviews. Double hand basin, en-suite shower and toilet. King size stabelized waterbed. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. guest toilet. laundry . Two bikes available. Internet connection. We are originally Dutch, and have been living in Spain for 15 years. My name is Rutger, I am a designer and have my own business, my wife is called Marleen and is hairdresser and make-up artist. Our daughters are Lara (17) and Romy (15), both students. You wil find our house in the most beautiful spanish village at the east coast of Spain. Although the house is located in the most quiet area of this village a 5 min. walk will get you to the famous church square where spanish summer nights come to live with music, stalls, terraces, shops and restaurants. A not to miss event. For larger scale shopping or evenings out a 10 minute drive by car will get you to Benidorm a lively city. The exchange of a car is possible. We prefer non smokers. We have 2 cats who need to be looked after. The airport of Alicante is 65 km. south of Altea (aprox. 45 min drive) . Someone (who speaks dutch) will meet you at the house with keys and can explain some details.
